Payment for the course must be paid in advance according to payment options available. Refunds, less a $75.00 + HST processing fee, for the course are only available to participants who are able to provide documentation from a medical doctor 10 days prior to course date.

If a registered participant cancels, for medical or any other reason,10 days or less before the course begins, then s/he may opt to reschedule for a future course with no penalty. If a registered participant cancels during the course, s/he may be able to request a time extention to finish course and if an extention is not possible then s/he may reschedule for the same course at 50% of the course cost.
